J. M. Dunn having applied for a License that he and Miss Cynthia Ann Yarbrough may
be married in the terms of the law therefore
    I issue this license authoring any person who is authorized by law to solomize the rites of
matrimony between said person and Make return within 60 days.
 Given under my hand and official seal this 18th day of January A. D. 1854
