a Marriage License for himself and Martha
Turner and no legal obstacle appearing
in their Matrimonial union
 These are there fore your uthority to
join together said parties in the Bonds of
Matrimony according to law and in
Sixty days you will return to me the
License Stating hereon when and who
you performed Said Material rites
