                        We the Board of Land Commissioners
                        do certify that Swanson Yarberry
apt John Garmon assignee (sic) and made
the necessary proof of his Citizenship (sic) and
do hereby Authorize any lawful Surveyor to
survey for the said Garmon the League & Lab.
of land (sic) he will designate to you the
said Yarberry being an emigrant of the year
Eighteen hundred and thirty two ____________
(sic) in Shelbyville on the (sic) day of February 1838
