S., '62-'65; s.s., First church, West Newbury,'65-'66; s.s.,
First church, Bridgewater, '66-'67; ordained as evangelist, Oct.
15, 1868; p., Rochester, '68-'71. Wrote many articles for the
religious papers, chiefly poetry. Died from paralysis, at Schuylkill
Haven, Pa., Oct. 80, 1875. Unmarried. [Alumnus of Amherst College,
