- DR. T. TRACY, physician, State street; was born in Ireland
in 1823, and came to Wisconsin in
- the fall of 1862, locating at Beloit, where he has been practicing
medicine; Dr. TRACY graduated at the Montreal University, Canada.
He married, in 1840, Ann Eliza KILBURN, of Canada, cousin to
Chief Justice Richards, of Canada.
