- T. OLESON, farmer, Sec. 18; P.O. Beloit; born in Norway,
in 1813; came to Wisconsin and
- located in Beloit in 1842; he bought forty acres of land
in Section 18, and built a log house, which they lived in till
1871; in that year he built a comfortable frame house, with barns
and improvements, which he now occupies. He was married, in Norway,
to Annie OSCAR, and has six children now living, named Ole, Knud,
Arthur, Henry, Samuel, Mary. He now owns 127 acres in all, part
of which is in Newark Township.
