- BYRON FIELDS, second foreman of the mill-room in cotton factory;
born Nov. 14, 1857, in
- Maple Grove, South Adams, Mass.; educated at North Adams
Academy. Was in present business at Arnoldville, Mass., five
years, also at North Adams two years. Mr. FIELDS came to Janesville
in 1875, and has been connected with the cotton factory ever
since. He is a member of the Odd Fellows' Lodge.
