- JOSEPH GIBBS, farmer, Sec. 27; P.O. Fulton; born in Jefferson
Co., N.Y., March 1, 1846; his
- father settled with is family, in 1853, in Porter Township,
Rock Co., on the farm now owned by Mr. Joseph GIBBS, his son,
which he managed until his death, June 11, 1860, since which
time the farm has been owned and managed by Mr. Joseph GIBBS;
he is a member of the Board of Supervisors and has held several
local offices. He is owner of 233 acres.
