- FRED C. BURPEE, attorney-at-law, son of Austin E. and Eliza
F. BURPEE, was born at
- Janesville, Wis. on the 14th day of October, 1865. He married
Mattie C. BARKER on the 13th day of January, 1887. He commenced
the study of law in the office of the law firm of WINANS &
HYZER on the 1st day of January 1886, and was admitted to practice
on the 29th day of August, 1888.
