- Aug. 11, 1849 in Plymouth Township; worked for his father
till the death of the latter; has always lived here. Married
Miss Mary M. DOUGLAS, of Plymouth, Sept. 23, 1872, and has three
children - John L., born March 3, 1874; Jacob A. born Oct. 10,
1875; baby (girl), born March 14, 1879. He is a Director of the
Janesville Cotton Manufacturing Company.
