FANTASTIC CAVERNS was the home of a popular radio and stage show from 1961 until 1968, held in the mid section of the Caverns called the Auditorium Room. I plan to add more pictures as time permits.
This first picture is of the Auditorium taken during the height of the music show in the 60s. I left the picture large so you can see the details of this unique room. Note the ceiling, pocketed by the underground water works made hundred of thousands of years ago. The acoustics were near perfect and even an Opera was put on here years later. The large bolder that make the backdrop for the stage was known as the KKK rock. In the late 20s a lighted cross was placed at the peak of the rock by the past owners. In this picture you can see more than 500 chairs placed for the enjoyment of this live Saturday night extravaganza.

The picture below is from the local Utility Co-Op that sponsored a segment of the show. Here, they are advertising their annual meeting. Loyd Evans Farmarama with the members of his band, The OZARK PLAYBOYS will be the entertainment.
