Carlisle: Our Resident Ancestors

These sixteen direct ancestors, ranging from fifth through ninth
great-grandparents, all made their homes in Carlisle. Or at least in
territory that would later be included in Carlisle.
They are all direct ancestors of Oliver Wheeler III, who was born in
Hillsborough to Oliver II and
Hepzibah Munroe, after they left Carlisle.
Oliver III and Hannah Ashby of Salem, Massachusetts, were the parents of
Harriet Page Wheeler
