In Carlisle’s lovely Green Cemetery, we find this group of six members of our Munroe family.

Left to right:

• 1C7R Jonas Munroe (1752-1840), son of 7GU Joshua and 7GA Ruth Kendall Munroe;
  
  
• Sarah Henry Munroe (1758-1828), Jonas’ amiable consort;
  
  
• 3C5R Norman H. Severance (1821-1840), son of William Severance and Ruth Munroe Severance;
  
  
• 3C5R Jonas Severance (1817-1879), Norman’s older brother;
  
  
• 2C6R Ruth Munroe Severance (1786-1869), daughter of Jonas and Sarah; and
  
  
• 2C6R Sarah Munroe (1790-1869), Ruth’s spinster younger sister.
