The
Warden's home was on a hill overlooking the prison and was really a
duplex mansion. One part of it was occupied by the Warden and his
family and the other part was for prison directors and dignitaries
who would be guests of the state. It was also for the guests of the
Warden and the entire duplex mansion was the Warden's home.
