Cindy's note: My dad, Ray Toney, attended school at Dalton. There was no room for bleachers around the concrete basketball court in the old Dalton gym, so folks lined chairs along the gym walls and on the stage. There was a packed house every game! I still have my dad's white warm-up jacket and proudly have it hanging in a glass fronted display case.
