Pop 200. The Church is a rectory, dedicated to St. Mary, in the deanry of Doncaster, value, £32. 5s. 10d. Patron, the Earl of Derby."


"MOORHOUSE, a farm-house in the township and parish of Badsworth, liberty of Pontefract; 4¼ miles from Pontefract."


"ROGERTHORPE HALL, a farm-house in the township of Thorpe Audlin, and parish of Badsworth, 4 miles S. of Pontefract."
