It is reported that there were seven charter members, two of whom were Claricy Walley and Josephine Brewer. Two of the early pastors were Bro. Little and Bro. Baggett. Also, Rev. William Lewis Dunnam served as pastor, for a time, before 1920. The present pastor is Rev. Bruce Allen Walley, who has served for the past two years.

Adina Brewer reports that they have an attendance of approximately 30 each Sunday. The church has Sunday School at 10 a.m., Worship at 11 a.m. In the evening, C T S meets at 5 p.m. and Worship at 6 p.m.. Prayer Meeting meets on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Harry Wayne Wally is the only deacon they have at this time.

The present building is located near where the first place of worship was built. This attractive building was erected in the 1960’s. Out of this church came the Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church, which is located in the same area. These two Freewill Baptist Churches are the only ones of this denomination in Greene County. They belong to the Freewill Baptist Association.
