Some brief highlights in their church history are:
- Mrs. Emma Campbell allowed Rev. Campbell to build on her
property on August 31, 199l.
- First revival was held in the winter of 1991 with Rev. Charles
Pierce and Rev. Cunningham.
- First deacon was ordained April 25, 1995.
- The Pastor, Rev. Australia Williams, passed away December 28, 1997.
- Rev. Malachi Jones accepted the pastorate of the church in
January 1998 and was installed on April 25, 1998.
The services of McCann Missionary Baptist Church meet on the first, second and fourth

Teachers’ Meeting is held every Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.
The church membership consists of thirty members.
One of the church’s youth activities is a special Youth Praise Team.

As the congregation looks toward the future, two of their favorite sayings are: "You ain’t
seen nothing yet;" and "Who did it?" "Jesus".
