Waiting Again
As each day comes to an end
She finds herself alone
Longing to be with him once again
Patiently she waits for the next day
To be in held in his arms
Only to find herself without him
She begins to confess all her sins to God
Asking for the strength just to carry on
For she knows, the one-day is yet to come
When it will that him and her
Together again, joined as one
Though, with patients, she knows
She must wait, until that time comes again
With this knowledge, she knows,
To continue praying for time
