Michelle Lyn (Korgis) Fitzpatrick is a published author, of nonfiction history, fiction, and poetry books, who is originally from Kankakee, Illinois and currently resides in Nixa, Missouri.
She is the wife of Chris Allen Fitzpatrick, and the mother of Zackory Thomas Korgis (age 9); Allen Lyn Fitzpatrick (age 2), and Sindie Jo Fitzpatrick (age 3 months) and lives in Midwest Missouri.
Michelle began writing when she was 13 and didn't consider publication until 2002, at the age of 26, and getting her first nonfiction book published in 2003 as well as her poetry book. 2004, she had published her second history book. Now, in 2005, she is looking forward to getting three more books published.
