JOSEPH B NOE son of THOMAS NATHAN NOE (1868-1928) and ELIZABETH LEE (1870-1941) was born 12 December 1887 in Mt Vernon, Rockcastle County, Kentucky, and died 07 January 1945 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. He married MABLE BLANTON Bef. 1910, daughter of EWELL BLANTON and SUSAN HOWARD.
