RUFUS BUELL son of WILLIAM BUELL (1860-1919) and LUCINDA WILSON (1865-1927) was born 16 June 1904, and died 03 December 1973 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married BERTHA SCOTT Bef. 1931, daughter of WILLIAM SCOTT and ALICE NOE. She was born 14 February 1916, and died 31 December 1982 in Harlan County, Kentucky.
