SIMEON WASHINGTON SAYLOR son of WILLIAM T SAYLOR and SARAH ANN HOWARD (mother not proven) was born 01 December 1852 in Virginia, and died 28 July 1930 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married ELIZABETH OSBORNE Bef. 1883, daughter of EPHRAIM OSBORNE and LUCRETIA SAYLOR. She was born August 1850 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 26 March 1929 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He is buried in the Saylor Family Cemetery on Jesse's Creek, Harlan County, Kentucky. NOTE: Martha Pace listed as MOTHER on his death certificate may in fact be his step mother.
