The photos are both sides of a family bible page passed down from Andrew Ashly and Sarah Chronick to their daughter Mary (Ashly) Roberts to her son Newton Calvin Roberts to his wife Hattie Pearl (Gordon) Roberts to her grand daughter Barbara Joan (Roberts) (Asher) Funk. It came into my hands with the recent passing of Joan Funk, who was my first cousin.

He married SARAH CHRONICK 22 September 1822 in Lincoln County, Kentucky, daughter of JOHANNES CHRONICK and ELIZABETH SPONHEIMER. She was born November 1797 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.
