Philips (b. 1809 in KY) and his wife, Harriet A. ___(?) (b. 1818 KY). This family is found in Huntsville, Walker Co., TX in 1860; in Bryan, Brazos Co., TX in 1870 and in Rockdale, Milam Co., TX in 1880.
