John Lewis Frisinger

John Lewis FRISINGER, son of Peter FRISINGER and Sarah BODEY, was born 4 December 1839 in Willshire Twp, Van Wert County, Ohio. He died on 16 January 1917 in Ingersoll, Oklahoma, and is buried in the FRISINGER Mausoleum, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. On 2 January 1862 he married Martha Ann CASE in Willshire Township, Van Wert County, Ohio [note]. Martha was born on 23 June 1840, in Jay County, Indiana, and died on 7 February 1912 in Oklahmoa City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

John and Martha had eight children:

1. Minnie Ardella FRISINGER married Charles COON and they had three children.

4. Parry Parent FRISINGER

5. John FRISINGER

6. Hazel FRISINGER

7. Louis Bertram FRISINGER

8. Ulva Owen FRISINGER was born on 25 May 1868 in Buena Vista, Ohio, and died on 16 January 1945 in Cherokee, Oklahoma. On 28 October 1891 in Erie, Kansas, he married Clara Acina McCASLIN. Clara was born on 4 September 1874 at Jacksonville, Kansas, and died on 23 May 1952 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Ulva and Clara are buried in the FRISINGER Mausoleum, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Ulva and Clara had six children.

1. Martha Jane FRISINGER was born on 10 June 1892 in Galesburg, Kansas, and died on 12 September 1892 in Galesburg, Kansas

2. Lucretia May FRISINGER was born on 13 January 1894 in McCune, Kansas, and died on 1 March 1986 in Davis Co. Hosp, Bloomfield, Iowa. She married on 7 July 1914 at Ingersoll, Oklahoma to Clyde Leslie DOWNING, who was born on 14 May 1893 in Chequest, (Hacklebarny) Iowa. He died on 22 September 1981 in the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, Iowa. Lucretia and Clyde are buried at Dunnville Cemetery

3. Bertram Lee FRISINGER was born on 1 September 1896 in McCune, Kansas, and died on 5 May 1939 in Ingersoll, Kansas. He is buried in the FRISINGER Mausoleum, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

4. Nadine Ethel FRISINGER was born on 10 November 1900 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and died on 10 December 1985 in Cherokee, Oklahoma. She was married on 4 February 1921 at Cherokee, Oklahoma to George MENG was born on 14 August 1900, and died on 22 November 1935 at Cherokee, Oklahoma.

5. George Raymond FRISINGER. He was born on 17 June 1905 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and died on 9 March 1949 in Cherokee, Oklahoma. He married Maude Evelyn PATTERSON on 24 December 1934 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Maude was born on 25 December 1903, and she died on 20 August 1982.

6. Rosella Vern FRISINGER was born on 8 November 1911 in Ingersoll, Oklahoma. She was married John Albert STRUTTON on 21 June 1928 in Hartman, Kansas. John was born on 11 November 1908, and died on 10 November 1984 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
