She Knows Lisbon

Few people in Lisbon know the history of that picturesque section better than Mrs. Maggie Goodnight, 4227 Opal, Lisbon, who was born sixty-seven years ago on the old John McDaniel homestead, one mile east of her present home. Mr. Goodnight's father came to Dallas County in 1856, settling a farm on which he first built a farm house which stood until comparatively recent years. Mrs. Goodnight is a charter member of the Lisbon Church of Christ, built in 1870.
