I had the same old gang on the Sam Brown -  Lew Blair  Captain

Monday September 25, 1911  started 4 men building a Ferry flat   30" x 14'8 x 54'   and 4 men on New Orleans puting on shaft and building wheel  and 4 men on Pump Boat M.113  puting up cabin

Steamer James Moren Docked Tuesday September 26, 1911   repairing guards   finished her Friday night at 9 PM September 29
48 new outriggers - 80 lin ft Plank shear
237 lin ft  2 x 12 under p shear - 172 lin ft nosing 3 1/4 x 11
398 lin ft deck   1110 ft sheeting   left same night

Steamer Jim Wood docked Saturday September 30, 1911 for Gen repairs

Ferry flat finished September 30, 1911

Wednesday October 4, 1911   40 ft of Plank shear put on Steamer Crusader   started after dinner  finished same evening

U. S. Eng. Steamer Swan Docked Saturday October 7, 1911 for some extra chains and braces and other repairs

Steamer Rival Docked October 9, 1911 for a new aft Boiler beam - some changes in her shoe pipes and other repairs

Saturday October 21  fine day  warm and sunshine  we worked with summer clothes on and sleeves rolled up

Steamer Rival finished October 24, 1911
