Friday December 16, 1910 - 13 men came from the Riverton Docks to help out on the John A. Wood and are in my gang.  C.J. Guno - Erland Johnson - Mike Lesko - John Stiffiani - Steve Swaney - Powall Keraf - Geo. McNulty - Harry Stark - M.J. Casey - J.D. Minon - John Halnks - Joe Gilmer - Tom D. McKee   these were finished and were sent Home Saturday December 24, 1910

January 3, 1911  cold and snowing  heavy snow at night

back on Steamer Pacific with 30 men  January 2, 1911

Snowing Monday January 2, 1911

Steamer Rival docked  January 7, 1911  partly wrecked  she had been run into by Steamer Sam Clarke.  we repaired her and she left January 11, 1911 under own steam  Chas. Sloan Captain
