From collection of Cincinnati Public Library

This boat was built in 1884, the same year that her predecessor was destroyed.  JW refers to this boat as the I. N. BUNTON but because of the years he writes about this boat the reference has to be to No. 2.  He first writes that he works on the rudders during June 1900, then on September 6, 1910 he is patching her up to be a Pump Boat.
