Ermel Tyler, 82, of Telford Terrace in Richmond, Ky., died Friday, June 09, 2006, at Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. He was born on October 16, 1923, in Homer, Ill. He is formerly of Bradenton, Fla., and Anderson, Ind. Mr. Tyler was a World War II Army veteran and a retired fire fighter for the city of Anderson, Ind.
Mr. Tyler was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Eileen Tyler.

Mr. Tyler is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Mike) Becker of Dahlonega, Ga., Pam (Mark) Casper of Sedona, Ariz., and Linda (Duane) Parsons of Richmond, Ky.; one son, Tim (Sheila) Tyler of Floral City, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
