| Paula Sue Fritz (June 18, 1959 - February 26, 2006) Paula Sue Fritz, 46, the wife of Steve Fritz, of Crooksville Road, Richmond, died Sunday afternoon, February 26, 2006, at the Hospice Care Center at Saint Joseph Hospital, in Lexington. She was born on June 18, 1959, in Pinehurst, NC, and received her nursing degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Paula was an intensive Care Nurse at Central Baptist Hospital and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Berea. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Bruton Cooper. In addition to her loving husband, Steve, she leaves her son, Adam and her father, Paul Cooper, all of Richmond, several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends to mourn her passing. Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Bro. Joey Kays officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell. Pallbearers are Steve Whitaker, Chris Fritz, Clifton Daugherty, Bryant Eaden, Josh Baugh, Sam Fritz, Paul Andrew Cooper and Jarrod Baugh. Honorary bearers are Jarrod McMaine, Donald Winstead and Jeff Tate. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the U.K. Markey Cancer Center, Lexington, Kentucky. |
