She was born in Rockcastle County on Feb. 4, 1905 the daughter of Frank and Martha Phillips Dooley. She was a retired owner of an office leasing business. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Addie Martin of Three Links and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. William O. Freeman. |
