Burley is the son of Bertha White Forbes of Berea and the late Charlie Forbes. Burley is survived by his mother and 7 brothers and sisters: Raymond Forbes of Berea, Oscar Forbes of Tampa, FL, Edna Lainhart of Berea, William Garrett Forbes of Florida, Virginia C. Forbes of Lee Summit MO. James Forbes of Rockcastle Co. and Wanda Corder of Oak Hill, WV. Several nieces and nephews also survive Burley. Funeral services will be Wednesday Dec. 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home, with burial in the John Etta Cemetery.
