Mr. Lovell "Dick" Fletcher, age 61 of Rt. 1 Mt. Vernon, died Monday, May 5 at the Rockcastle Hospital. He was born in Rockcastle County on Aug. 3, 1941 the son of Robert Franklin and Gracie Ellen McClure Fletcher. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Sand Springs Baptist Church.

He is survived by three brothers, Robert Junior Fletcher and Jim Fletcher, both of Mt. Vernon, and John Fletcher of Cincinnati; and four sisters, Sue Kincer, Maudie Evans, and Vernie Lou Cromer, all of Mt. Vernon, and Clarice Tobley of Bowling Green, KY. Also surviving are two very special friends, Jack and Paulette Bradley of Mt. Vernon, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dewey and Bill Fletcher.
