She was born on June 1, 1992 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was a student of McKinley Elementary in Cincinnati, Ohio. She enjoyed swimming, reading/writing, porcelain dolls and had a desire to help others. Those left to mourn her passing include her parents, Ira Partin, Jr. and Constance Gail Estepp of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers-Randy & Tony Estepp of Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister-Dynasty Estepp, two step sisters-Daniele Prinzbach and Elisha Prinzbach; paternal grandparents-Ira and Mildred Partin of Orlando, Ky. and maternal grandparents-Jake & Allene Estepp. |
