Harold Day Wm. Harold Day age 71 of Napier Ln. in Garrard County passed away at his home on Sunday morning, October 16, 2005. He was born in Magoffin County to the late Oscar and Eva Joseph Day; he was a retired farmer and currently employed part-time by Save-A-Lot grocery. He is survived by his wife Ruby Lear Day; three children Willie (Debra) Day of Berea, Kevin (Chandra) Day of Paint Lick and Linda (Leon) Clark of Berea; two brothers Emery Day of Paint Lick and Allen Day of Lancaster; one sister Jewell Abney of Paint Lick and six grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Harold was also preceded in death by one grandchild. Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday at Leavel Green Christian Church with Rev. Harvey Spry officiating. Burial will follow in the Day Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening after 6 pm at Lakes Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Ricky Davis, Wayne Day, Royce Hall, Jerry Metro, Joe Mast and Jeremy Abney.
