| Mrs. Mary Alcorn Danner Born: 04/19/1926 Died: 02/15/2006 Visitation: Fri 6 - 9 PM Funeral Service: Sat 1 pm Interment: Berea Cemetery Mary Alcorn Danner, 79, of Neeley Court, Berea, died suddenly Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006 at her residence following an illness. She was a lifelong resident of Madison County, born April 19, 1926, daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie Collins Alcorn, a homemaker and member of the Holiness Faith. Survivors include her daughter in law, Rose Mary Doan Danner; 2 grandchildren, Craig Danner, Cheryl (David) Matheny; 2 great grandchildren, Taylor Danner, Savannah Danner, all of Berea. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Danner; her son, Ronald Danner; 1 grandson, Ronald Kevin Danner; 2 sisters, Margaret Pearson, Blondie White; 1 brother, Johnny Alcorn. Funeral service 1:00 PM, Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006 at Reppert Funeral Home with Bro. Cecil Burns and Bro. Bruce Alcorn officiating. Entombment will follow at Berea Cemetery. Visitation Friday 6 - 9 PM. Pallbearers will be: David Matheny, Bruce Alcorn, Wayne Pearson, Eddie Smith, John Wayne Alcorn, Bobby Gadd. |
