Clay Hospital in Richmond. He was born on May 23, 1923 in Rockcastle County the son of the late Everett and Effie Hensley Coffey. He was a retired assemblyman for Trane Company, a veteran of WWII, enjoyed fishing, and cooking, and was a member of the Brushcreek Holiness Church. Survivors are: his wife; Mrs. Farrie Singleton Coffey of Berea. One daughter; Mrs. Teresa Kettlehut of Villa Hills, KY. Three sisters; Mrs. Lucy McClaskey of Richmond, Ind, Mrs. Tennessee McGuire, and Mrs. Bertha Niceley both of Orlando, KY. Three grandchildren; Vanessa VanZant Schumann, Erika, and Aaren Kettlehut. Two great grandchildren; Katherine, and Gwendolyn Shumann. |
