Vernon, died Wednesday, Mar. 30 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born in Rockcastle County on Apr. 8, 1906 the daughter of Jack and Lydia Rash Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by four sons, B.F. Cloud of Covington, J.M. Cloud (Alma) of Richmond, IN, Jackie Cloud of Hamilton, OH, and George Cloud (Jan) of Mt. Vernon; and six daughters, Evelyn York, Alma Jean Hall (Wendell), and Doris Machal (Bill), all of Lexington, Inice Harper of Mansfield, OH, Glenna Parkerson of Rantool, IL, and Priscilla Cloud of Nicholasville. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cloud; five brothers; two sisters; and a grandson. |
