| Edna Lee Murphy Christopher (Died October 20, 2006) Edna Lee Murphy Christopher, 76, of Timothy Way, widow of Robert T. Christopher, died Friday October 20, 2006 at the Country Place in Lexington, KY. She was a native of Richmond, KY, a housewife and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by a son Robert D. (Sandy) Christopher of Lexington, KY and a brother Oakley (Leoda) Murphy of Richmond, KY. Other than her husband Robert T. Christopher, she is preceded in death by her parents Ambrose and Nora Cain Murphy and one sister Edith Mae. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday October 29, 2006 at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Rev Gary Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Flatwoods Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Dennis, Kenny Dennis, Dwayne Murphy, A.J. Christopher, Travis Dennis and Leroy Murphy. Visitation will be Saturday October, 28, 2006, from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. |
