| Bruce Chasteen Born: 07/21/1936 Died: 08/02/2006 Visitation: Friday 8/4/06 after 6:00 p.m. Lakes Funeral Home Funeral Service: Saturday 8/5/06 at 10:00 am Lakes Funeral Home Interment: Chasteen Cemetery Bruce Chasteen age 70 of Glades Village apartments died Wednesday Aug. 2, 2006 at the Madison Manor Rehabilitation Center. Bruce was a concrete finisher and construction worker and a member of the Baptist Faith. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents Cal and Myrtle Abney Chasteen Adams. One brother Donald Chasteen and sisters Francis Conn. Bruce is survived by his children: Bill (Marilyn) Chasteen, Bobby Chasteen, Darryl Chasteen, and Stephanie Chasteen all of Berea and Lisa (Don) Foster of Richmond, KY. Two sisters Phyllis Voss of Covington and Lois McHone of Berea and James (Odessa) Chasteen of Richmond, KY. 11 grandchildren: Shonda (Billy) Burrows, Tracy Cope, Bruce (Nikki) Chasteen, Anthony and Kyle Chasteen, Krista Jones, Brian Chasteen, Jordan Morgan, Kim Chasteen, Mathew Turner and Ben Cain. 12 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be Saturday Aug. 5, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Lakes Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Foster presiding. Burial will be in the Chasteen Cemetery in Rockcastle County. Pallbearers will be Bruce, Anthony, and Kyle Chasteen, Rodney Towery, Ed Mayes and Tim McNally. Visitation will be Friday Aug. 4, 2006 after 6:00 pm at Lakes Funeral Home. |
