| Gladys Still Holman Caldwell (November 22, 1937 - August 9, 2006) Gladys Mae Still Holman Caldwell, 68, of Richmond, KY, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 9, 2006. She was the daughter of the late Daisy Calahan and Rev. Ora Still. She was preceded in death by her husband, Estell Caldwell, one brother, William “Bill” Still, one grandson, James Lee Holman and one great grandson, Landon Gregory. She is survived by two sons, Terry (Pam) Holman of Richmond, Dale (Brenda) Holman of Berea; two daughters, Beverly (Ronnie) Sparks of Richmond and Carolyn Fontaine of Antioch, TN; a step son, Randy Caldwell of Cincinnati, OH; four step daughters, Debbie Bollinger of Erlanger, KY, Kay Ashcraft, of Pensacola, FL, Mary Davis and Pamela Hoover both of Richmond ; four sisters, Marie (Robert) Lowery of Hamilton, OH, Henrietta Smith, Dora “Tiny” (Arvel) Kelley and Wilma (Harold) Kelley of Richmond; two brothers, James (Jimmy) Still and Allen Still, both of Richmond; eight grandchildren, Gary Richards, Mindy Stanley, Kimberly Richards, Shauna Jones, Nathan Holman, Brian Sparks, Brandon Holman and Bradley Holman; eight great grandchildren, Jennifer Bui, Brittany Richards, Dalton Estes, Amber Jones, Drew Richards, Austin Downing, Megan Richards and Levi Jones. She was a member of the Bear Wallow Holiness Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home. Services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Charles Whittamore officiating. Burial will follow at Madison Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Gary Richards, Nathan Holman, Brandon Holman, Bradley Holman, Ed Stanley, Eric Jones and Dave Downing. Honorary bearer will be Brian Sparks. She was greatly loved by her family and friends and will be missed by all. |
