Vernon, KY died Tuesday, Dec. 26 at his home. He was born in Rockcastle County, KY on May 27, 1921 the son of Eugene and Minnie Doan Bradley. He was a retired farmer and bus driver and was a member of the Sand Springs Baptist Church. He enjoyed trading dogs and chickens. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ruby Renner Bradley; four sons, Jack Bradley (Paulette) and Boyd Bradley (Sandy), both of Mt. Vernon, Bob Bradley (Claydean) of Woodstock, KY, and Floyd Bradley (Carolyn) of Brodhead, KY; five daughters, Lucille Hasty (Boyd), Lois Hayes (Doug), Joyce McCracken (Randy), Gail Wilson (Brian), and Sharon Boone (Jeff), all of Mt. Vernon; three brothers, Coy Bradley of Mt. Vernon, and Tennie Bradley and Tommy Bradley, both of Nicholasville, KY; and one sister, Geneva Whitaker of Radcliff, KY. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Eulada Bradley and two other infant children; one grandson, Bradley Clark DeBorde; seven brothers, Willie, Lacey, Chester, George B., Floyd, Lloyd, and Clinton Bradley; and one sister, Ona Prewitt. |
