Mr. Clarence "Everett" Bradley, age 81, husband of Nancy Smith Bradley of Brodhead, Ky. passed away, January 25, 2006 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky.

He was born October 24, 1924 in Indianapolis, Ind., a son of the late Bennie Franklin and Nancy Ann Denney Bradley. He had been a 20year maintenance employee of the Rockcastle School System and a Sowder Nursing Home Maintenance; had been self employed for 27years at Bradley's Service Station in Brodhead. He was a member of the Brodhead Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel, American Legion, Brodhead Lions Club, Rockcastle Bass Club and had held the positions of Deputy Coroner and Brodhead Fire Chief. His hobbies and interest include coonhunting, woodworking and fishing. On October 22, 1943 he was united in holy matrimony to Nancy Catherine Smith, and from that union came three children-Ronald Everett, Cathy and Jane.

Those left to mourn his passing include his wife of 62years, Mrs. Nancy Bradley of Brodhead; three children- Ronald Everett Bradley and wife Brenda of Brodhead; Cathy Owens and wonderful husband Denton of Brodhead; and Jane McClure and husband Michael of Brodhead, Ky. Six grandchildren-Chris, Ron, Micah, Andrea, Kyle and Anna. One great grandchild-Danielle. As well as a host of special friends and neighbors.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers- Curtis and Thurnie Bradley, three sisters-Hazel Thompson, Gladys Mullins, and Goldie Shivel.

Visitation for Mr. Everett Bradley will be Friday, January 27, 2006 from 6-9PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead; Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shannon Franklin officiating; burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.

Military rights will follow in the cemetery.
