Mrs. Brenda L. Sanders Bradley, age 59, of Brodhead, Ky. passed away, Sat. Sept. 3, 2005 at her residence.

She was born on May 15, 1946 in Brodhead, Ky., a daughter of the late Thomas H. and Christine Owens Sanders. She was a member of Providence Church of Christ; had been an Instructional Aide at Brodhead Elementary School. Her hobbies and interest include reading, writing poems, the children and teaching Bible study classes.

Those left to mourn her passing include her son- James Allen Bradley of Mt. Vernon, Ky; and a daughter- Stephanie Burkett and husband Christopher of Paintsville,Ky. Four brothers-Leroy Sanders and wife Angie of Dayton, Ohio; Charley Sanders and wife Jean of West Chester, Ohio; Thomas Sanders and wife Shirley of Pennington Gap, Va. and J.B. Sanders of Dayton, Ohio. Three sisters-Joyce Leece and husband Kenneth of Copper Creek, Ky; Loretta Woodall and husband Everett of Brodhead, Ky; Juanita Jackson and husband Harold of West Chester, Oh; and half sister-Eudell Hawkins of Dayton, Ohio. One grandchild-Austin Burkett. As well as a host of friends and neighbors.

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by three half sisters-Hildia Newton, Ruth DeBolt and Virgie Peel; five half brothers-Wade, O.T., Clayton, Russell and Cecil Sanders, infant brother-Billy Ray Sanders.

Visitation will be-Mon. September 5, 2005 at 5PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Ky. AND Tues. from 12Noon-1pm at Providence Church of Christ at Quail, Ky. Funeral services will be conducted Tues. September 6, 2005 at the Providence Church of Christ at Quail, Ky. with Danny McKibben officiating; burial will follow in the Providence Church of Christ Cemetery. Memorials for Mrs. Bradley may be made to the American Cancer Society.
