Vernon, died Friday, Nov. 11 at her home. She was born in Rockcastle County on Apr. 15, 1913 the daughter of Jerry and Nettie French Kirby. She was a homemaker and a member of the Blue Springs Church of Christ. She is survived by a son, Eddie Boone (Pat) of Cincinnati, OH; a daughter-in-law, Rena McClure Boone of Mt. Vernon; one grandson, Brent Boone (Jean) of Mt. Vernon; four great grandchildren, Marcella Lovell, Suella Birney, Rebecca Mays, and Daniel Boone, all of Mt. Vernon; and five great-great grandchildren, PFC J.T. Lovell, Brent Lovell, Logan Lovell, Zachary Napier, and William Clifton Boone. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Boone; a son, J.T. Boone; a daughter, Faye Boone; and several brothers and sisters. |
