She was born in Rockcastle County on July 20, 1938 the daughter of Earl D. and Mildred Ball Higgins. She was a self-employed caregiver and a member of the Poplar Gap Holiness Church. She is survived by a son, Daniel Bond (Betty) of Orlando; a daughter, Diana Bond of Berea; two brothers, Kenneth Higgins, Sr. of Orlando, and Charles Higgins (Vicki) of Locust, NC; three grandchildren, Tashia, Randall, and Sandra; and many friends and loved ones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bond; two sons, Robert and William; and two sisters, Jewell Rinehart and Glenna Sue Higgins. |
