| Margarita Blackwell (August 23, 1929 - December 31, 2006) Margarita Ciuro Blackwell, of Westwood Dr., 77, died Sunday December 31, 2006 at the Richmond Health & Rehab-Madison Manor. She was a native of Birmingham AL, and professor at Eastern Kentucky University for 22 years She is survived by two daughters Elizabeth (James) Starnes of Lancaster, KY and Catherine (Glenn) Graham of Huntsville, AL, as well as four grandchildren Warren Gooch, Laura Graham, Sarah Graham Meachum and Melanie Graham. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday January 3, 2007 at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Russell Rechenbach officiating. Burial will follow in the Manse Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. |
