| Darrell Travis Bicknell II Born: 06/19/1968 Died: 07/23/2006 Visitation: Friday 7/28/06 5-8 pm Lakes Funeral Home Funeral Service: Saturday 7/29/06 11:00 am Berea Baptist Church Interment: Berea Cemetery Travis Bicknell Beloved son and brother age 38 of Vero Beach Florida, formerly of Berea died Sunday July 23, 2006 at his home in Florida. Travis was an employee for Treasure Coast Mortgage Company and a 1988 graduate of Berea Community High School. Travis loved fishing and reading and Travis was well known for his larger than life personality and attitude, and he could carry on a conversation with any one on any level on almost any topic. Everyone loved him and came to Travis for the answers to the big questions. Travis loved people, regardless of your education, class or wealth he cared what you thought or how you felt. Travis is survived by his parents Darrell and Nancy Kirkland Bicknell of Berea and Brother Kyle Ray Bicknell of Lexington, KY. Aunts and Uncles: Mrs. Shelby Jean (Donald) Brewer, James H (Ola) Kirkland, Rudy G (Peggy) Bicknell, and Mrs. Robert S (Beulah) Shearer. Cousins: Kim (Cliff) Hagan and daughter Caitlin, Gayle Bicknell, Cheryl Bicknell, , Roger (Jo Donna) Brewer and children Chandler and Chelsea, Jennifer Brewer and daughter Christa, Renee’ (Mark) Bittick, Mr. Craig Shearer and Jamie (Andrea) Kirkland, and Natalie Kirkland (John)and children Bailey and Erin. Travis is also survived by his close friends John Howard, Nate Jacobs, Chris Kielar, Mrs. Melody Shifflett, Becky (Chris) Ellis and Brian Sebastian all of Florida. Funeral services will be Saturday July 29, 2006 at the Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Gilbert and Clay Marcum Presiding. Burial will be in the Berea Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Johnson, Mike Johnson, Roger Brewer, Jamie Kirkland, Jack Marcum, Craig Halstead, Greg Todd, Brent Roach and Peter Nesmith. Visitation will be Friday July 28, 2006 from5-8 pm at Lakes Funeral Home. |
